Mr. Gipson: Thank you for redacting my last name and contact information; however, my first name, middle initial, and department still remain in the signature block of the letter. We are a small company, and it would be very easy for a user to obtain my contact information. New.net widely publishes its customer support contact information, and I would rather not have to field customer service questions. Please redact my first name, middle initial, and department. As to the other issue you raised, I do not believe I ever referred to the customer email as a "support inquiry." Although the customer in question did not pose any question to New.net, he implied that our software was responsible for his computer problems. It is our policy to respond to such user emails, because the user's implied conclusion is most likely false. At any rate, I do not understand why you chose to quibble on this point. Best regards, Mark Sonnenklar
