Mr. Sonnenklar:

I have yet to hear any response to the letter dated April 3, 2004, in which I invited you to discuss with me any error in the CounterExploitation web site or the revised materials submitted for your review on March 28th, 2004.

CounterExploitation is widely known in the community for its independence from, and take-no-prisoners attitude toward, corporate control of any kind. We do not accept advertising, sponsorship, bribes, threats, or other forms of unhealthy influence. Many users in fact find this to be one of our distinguishing qualities. Withholding factual information in a good-faith effort to resolve an as-yet unspecified issue with your company is causing damage to our reputation.

We are unwilling to hold off publication indefinitely in the off chance that you might at some point see fit to respond. In light of this, we will at this time be publishing the revised content. The invitation to contact us to report an error or express any legitimate concern remains open, as it always has.

Best regards,
T. R. Gipson
